Vantage Venues is located at 150 King Street West. If traveling by TTC, the closest station is the St. Andrew subway station at University Avenue and King Street. More information on directions and parking can be found here.

A map of the venue space can be found here. The conference will take place on the 16th floor in the following rooms: C-Lounge, C1, and F2.
What COVID safety measures will be in place at the event?

Please be advised that Vantage Venues is following the instructions provided by the Ontario Government. At this time all are welcome to wear masks. Vantage Venues will supply hand sanitizer in each room (TALL will have extra masks on hand).

The TALL Executive Committee and Conference Planning Committee are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely. All conference attendees, including volunteers and speakers, will be required to comply with current provincial regulations and public health restrictions. Attendees are strongly encouraged to wear masks while indoors at the venue; extra masks will be made available at the conference.

The building in which Vantage Venues is located has implemented the following since the start of the pandemic:
- All air filters in compartment units and main fans are MERV 13 rated. There are enough filters in stock for 3 changes in case needed at any time.
- The building is running the maximum amount of fresh air on all floors.
- The fans are run for one hour prior to business hours to flush the air on each floor.
- All potable water systems are being flushed throughout the building to make sure there is no standing water in the system.

Will a coat check be available?
There will be a coat rack in the Conservatory Lounge near the registration desk. Note that this space will not be monitored.
What food/beverage will be on the menu at the conference?
Conference fee includes breakfast, lunch and snacks. Please see the menu for a breakdown of the food and beverages that will be served.
Will there be WiFi at the venue?
Yes, complimentary WiFi will be available.
